We hope you are delighted with your Sunspel purchase, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process within 28 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all garment tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury labels and tags remain intact and undamaged.
Affix the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.
